# Security and data

> Set organization-wide data auto-deletion

Admins can configure automatic deletion of meeting data after a specified retention period. This includes transcripts, summaries, recordings, and all associated meeting metadata.

Admins or meeting owners can also manually delete data for an individual meeting from the meeting page.
